Digital Support

Our Digital Support service is delivered by a team of volunteer Digital Champions who provide patient, one-to-one guidance tailored to each individual’s needs. They can help with a wide range of everyday digital tasks, from learning how to use a smartphone, tablet or laptop to accessing online services such as GP appointments, shopping, banking or staying in touch with family and friends.

We understand that technology can sometimes feel overwhelming, which is why our approach is relaxed, supportive and focused on building confidence at your own pace. Our Digital Champions are not there to take over the task, but to guide and support you so that you feel more capable using your device independently.

By offering this service, we aim to reduce digital exclusion in our communities and help more people access the opportunities, information and connections that the digital world can provide.
