David Shepley-Cuthbert FCA joins as Trustee

We are delighted to announce that as of March 2017, David Shepley-Cuthbert has become a Trustee at Cotswold Friends with the role of Treasurer. David is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience of public and international companies, as well as small to medium sized businesses.

David qualified at Arthur Young & Co and then worked in the freight forwarding industry, both in Southern Africa and the UK. He has worked for Inchcape Plc in the UK and the Far East. In addition, he spent twelve years as the part time Finance Director of a technology company and ten years as a Governor of Activate Learning, a local Further Education Group of Colleges.

David became a partner in the company Charles Taylor, a shipping insurance business, working there until he retired at 55. David is now living in North Oxfordshire. He remains actively involved with a number of small businesses and Trusts. In his leisure time, David enjoys gardening, golf, shooting and travel.
